Founded by Jennifer Arias, a licensed general contractor, Jen The Builder is a woman-owned company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Raised in Arkansas, Jen learned the trades alongside her mother and grandmother—developing both a strong design sensibility and a disciplined, hands-on work ethic.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Jen remains closely involved in every project, ensuring each home is treated with care and respect.
